 Cala San VicenteThe road from Es Cana to Cala San Vicente twists and turns through the forests, on sheer sided hillsides, until it eventually leads you down to this glorious, large beach at Cala San Vicente. Views down to the sea are only glimpsed occasionally but look amazing! Cala San Vicente is a sandy curving bay, backed by steep white cliffs and pine forests. Cala San Vicente The road from Es Cana to Cala San Vicente twists and turns through the forests, on sheer sided hillsides, until it eventually leads you down to this glorious, large beach at Cala San Vicente. Views down to the sea are only glimpsed occasionally but look amazing! Cala San Vicente is a sandy curving bay, backed by steep white cliffs and pine forests. There are 1 or 2 very large hotels and some tall apartment blocks here, with a good selection of bars, restaurants and beach shops. The pale, sandy beach is a good size - both from side to side and back from the sea, so it doesn't feel too crowded, even in Peak season. We were very glad of the breeze on this side of the island, which refreshed us in the heat of the August sun. You can hire speed boats, canoes, pedaloes, or take a trip on a banana boat here and there are, of course, plenty of parasols and sunloungers.
